Ingredients

1 pera rocha por pessoa - inteira, descascada, com talo.
1 garrafa de vinho Calheiros Cruz Tinto
2 cálices de vinho do porto
1 kg açúcar
Cravinho
Canela em pau
Casca de limão
Mascarpone
Raspas de chocolate negro, a gosto.

Preparation

Num tacho, cozer nos vinhos, no açúcar e nas especiarias, as peras pousadas ao alto.
Depois de cozidas, retirar da calda e reservar. Deixar os vinhos aromatizados até reduzirem e se transformarem num xarope líquido.
Servir as peras em prato fundo, com o xarope de vinho, quenelle de mascarpone e lascas de chocolate preto.
